Our concept goes against the strictest possible monitoring as a way to guarantee results. At this moment we have several types of training and methodologies that are oriented to a comprehensive and functional training. The training will always be adapted to the specifics of each student and according to their objectives. We have a monthly subscription option or a subscription (if you are on vacation in the county and do not want to stop training, this is the ideal option for you)!

Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 22h00
