Capela da Nossa Senhora da Ajuda
On the Porta da Vila and barbican, the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Ajuda was built around 1650. It is a small temple, in keeping with the architecture of the time, but whose real weapons, originally in gilt wood, were made by the construction site Justino José Esteves, in 1908.

Description
The paneled ceiling features allegorical paintings to the patron saint. The walls are covered with tiles, like carpet, from the Coimbra factory. It is estimated that they are from the end of the 17th century. It was also the seat of a military brotherhood. Source: https://www.cm-vncerveira.pt/
