Headquartered in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Olá Vida is a company licensed by Turismo de Portugal for the development of its activity.

It develops activities focused on the use of nearby natural, cultural and sporting resources, aims to provide the experience of unique and special experiences, selecting for this purpose places of high value both in terms of landscape, as well as the environment and culture.

Its policy is based on the defense of natural values ??and the identity of the territory. Its future horizon and strategy is the expansion to other areas of the northern part of Portugal and the development of partnerships with other similar companies, distributed throughout the North region.

Take a boat trip along the River Minho, visit by jeep some of the lost wonders in the mountains, discover the Rio Minho and the Rio Coura by kayak or Stand Up Paddle, or even ride along fantastic ecopaths and paths spread across our protected areas. Boat trips
Come and discover the Minho river, a river full of life and history that divides and unites two countries. Along this magnificent walk in the middle of the estuary, you will be surprised by islands and sands where you can take a dip in the silence of wild nature. Discover magical places with abundant vegetation, where birds have their natural habitat, such as the huge heron, or the colorful kingfisher. In addition to these, you can also see semi-wild horses and otters, which live here freely between its banks. Also take the opportunity to visit beautiful fishing villages along the banks of the river, with the typical beehives (old boats used for fishing lampreys, shad, plaice, elixir) tied to the boats.

* The tours can last for 1, 2 or 3 hours, between Vila Nova de Cerveira, Caminha and Valença.
* In addition, there is the possibility of renting the boat for 1/2, or 1 day, with an exclusive crew.

River Minho Eco-Track Descent by Bike
The duration depends on each one, as each person commands their own pace. On average, it can be done in 4 hours if you start in Monção, or in 2 hours if you start in Valença. But, if you prefer to walk at your own pace, you can even take the opportunity to get to know some of its main places, full of history and extraordinary landscapes, throughout your entire journey.

The Ecopista is equipped with toilets, drinking fountains, rest and snack areas. You can take food and drink with you, but if you're a little more demanding with your food, there are several restaurants on the way or nearby, where you can stop for a delicious typical dish, accompanied by an excellent green wine, ex-libris of the region. .

Jeep Tours
Between valleys and mountains, along trails that are not very busy and difficult to access, it is possible to observe a variety of incredible landscapes, as well as a rich fauna and flora. From crossing a river, seeing breathtaking lakes and waterfalls, stopping at the top of the mountain and contemplating a whole palette of thousand colors of this beloved Minho. On these tours, we will cross villages with tradition and identity, protected landscapes with huge oak groves, bridges, ancestral mills and green pastures with beautiful groves.

* Tours can have a duration of 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 hours.

Paddle descent Rio Minho and the Rio Coura
Explore the beautiful river Minho or the river Coura from the unique perspective of a stand-up paddle and discover places you would never see on a boat trip.

If you've never tried Stand-up Paddle before, then you're in for a surprise! A feeling of freedom... it's like walking on water.

Our instructor will teach you the basics. We provide you with all technical and safety equipment. All you need to bring is a towel and a bathing suit. It's much easier than surfing, soon you'll be standing on a board that's big and very stable. Then it's time to depart, at a slow pace, stopping from time to time, to enjoy the flora and fauna on some of the islands, visit hidden beaches, or simply stop in the middle of the river on a sand bank and enjoy the time.

Kayak Tours
Our Kayak tours are very calm and safe. They are a perfect opportunity to spend an extremely pleasant and fun morning or afternoon with friends or family in contact with nature, accompanied by a very experienced guide. They can be carried out both on the Minho and on the Coura rivers, two very close rivers, the first being a large river, the second a small and shallow river, both of which have their natural beauty.
