Just as in the early days, the Celtic priests gathered in this land once a year for the election of the Druid-Mor, also the grapes of the Alvarinho caste meet once a year for the production of this nectar of choice.

Terras de Conclave, is a wine that comes from the vineyard of the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço. Its lightness, youth and freshness makes it a harmonious and tasty high quality green wine.

This Alvarinho wine requires that it be drunk fresh, at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC, but cooled slowly to preserve its aroma. Preferably, served in a frappe, with bottle opened about 30 minutes before drinking. A great wine to accompany with seafood, poultry, cod dishes, smoked or fresh fish.
