WELCOME TO GLOBAL SPORT!
Everyone is welcome to Global Sport, young or old, in shape or not.
It is our goal to help our members be active.
We do not believe in obstacles and therefore we assume with our associates, to be always present so that they can achieve the objectives that they propose.
It has Fitness and Free Weight rooms, Spin Bike and Activities.
Many activities to get fit, Zumba, body pump, spinning bike, fitness, cardio room, weight room, pillats, Chinese boxing (kickboxing, full-contact, very thay, judo).
Opening Hours
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 08h30 to 13h00 and from 16h00 to 22h00
Tuesday and Thursday from 10h00 to 13h00 and from 16h00 to 22h00
Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
