Inside, the wooden cover of the naves is modern. The vaulted apse of the apse is made of stone and has a polynervated structure with rosettes in the clasps and finished off in the center with the coat of arms of D. Manuel I. Of note is the tile covering, the main altarpiece, the 17th century paintings and the acronyms on the slopes of the inner pavement, believed to have been by Azurean fishermen.
