Penha Longa Resort features 9 restaurants with a variety of cuisines and environments. Perhaps the most famous is the recently refurbished Midori, Portugal's first Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant. Also featured are the LAB and Arola restaurants of Sergi Arola and The Eneko Lisboa, led by chef Eneko Atxa and winner of 6 Michelin stars, which brings excellent dining options with local nuances. The Basque restaurant recreates typical Basque tavern cuisine. At the Penha Longa Mercatto Italian restaurant, guests can enjoy the daily buffet breakfast while admiring panoramic views of the Sintra mountains. By the pool, aqua restaurant opens seasonally.

The resort's golf course was specially designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., and is among the top 30 in Continental Europe.
