Rebuilt in harmony with the local heritage by the architect Pedro Brígida, Colmeal has 11 rooms and 3 country houses, a relaxing SPA and an outdoor pool with water from the mountains that surround the 700 hectares of the farm, where the magnificent Silêncio wine is produced White and Red, as well as our Honey.

We will be able to have a little bit of Colmeal Countryside Hotel and Quinta do Colmeal, in our home during these difficult times through our excellent SILENCES white and red from an unexplored area of ??our country, Beira Interior.
Our wonderful country, in addition to other riches, has a diversification of unique wines with characteristics that only the quality of the soil, water and varied micro climates, can provide such a varied choice of fantastic quality.
Silencio Branco and Tinto are excellent representatives of Beira Interior, where the shale and quatezite soils associated with the altitude climate, allow less use of sulfites, which gives a unique personality to the wines produced here.
If you want to order SILÈNCIO Tinto (touriga nacional - 2017) and SILÊNCIO Branco (siria com malvasia - 2018), the minimum quantity will be a box costing each bottle of Silêncio red 5,50 € and Silêncio white 5 €. Honey ESSÊNCIA DO COLMEAL costs € 5 per 500ml bottle (postage is paid at destination and depends on the order volume).
