Parque Biológico da Serra da Lousã

At Quinta Pedagógica, they will be able to meet, observe and discuss the differences between the various indigenous species and breeds of agro-pastoralism (cattle, sheep, swine, equine/donkey, chicken and goats).

In addition to the animal/vegetable aspect, in the Biological Park there are museum spaces - Cooperage Museum, Living Museum of Traditional Arts and Crafts and Espaço da Mente Museum.

One of the main objectives of the Biological Park is the employability and inclusion of special people, victims of physical and/or psychological disabilities who collaborate in all animal husbandry tasks and in the Vivo Museum.

The Biological Park integrates Trivium with the Universalist Ecumenical Temple and the Espaço da Mente Ecomuseum dedicated to the defense of Freedom, Equality and Fraternity.

The Park is open every day, including weekends and holidays.
> Summer (April to September 15: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm)
> Winter (September to April: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm)

Museum Hours
> Espaço da Mente Museum: (9:30am-1:00pm / 2:00pm-6:00pm)
> Cooperage Museum: (10:00 - 12:45 / 14:00 - 17:00)
> Vivo Museum of Traditional Arts and Crafts: (9:30am-1:00pm/2:00pm-6:00pm)
> Museums open every day (except Mondays from September to May)

Temple Hours
> Summer (June to August: 9:45 am to 6:30 pm)
> Winter (September to May: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (summer) / 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (winter), governed by the time change. Closed Mondays, except holidays.
