Organic farming

Fully sustainable and 100% organic farming. Naturena is ahead of its time. Many years of existence and application of serious rules of protection to nature, water, the use of pesticides and other agricultural products have been made, and our visitors know its meaning and importance.

It is a real pride to know that it is from these gardens that we supply our Bio-Functional Restaurant and our natural products store.

With this in mind, Naturena intends to stimulate a greater demand for products of biological and sustainable origin. This sensitization begins immediately in our sessions of Food Reeducation, Courses of Nutrition, Healthy Food and Natural Agriculture.

Since we are 70% water (blood, lymph and other liquid humors) the absence of physical exercise turns us into a real swamp. So we must choose a comfortable and regular movement, complemented with a set of custom manipulations, activating in this way all our moods.

In this way you can at home play some of the dishes, and desserts, bio-functional you try in our restaurant.
