My mission as a personal trainer is to dedicate myself to helping people who are struggling to lose weight, who have little time to train and who don't like to follow very strict diets. My motivation is to see that my clients feel good about themselves and their bodies, they have more self-confidence and self-esteem, they feel happy when they look at themselves in the mirror or comfortable when they take off their shirt on the beach.

If time is an obstacle for you or you don't have the patience to follow very demanding food plans, then there are two of us. As I worked as a personal trainer for 10 years, and after dealing with several cases, I adopted my own method that allows us, with just a few minutes a day and without dieting too strictly, to achieve incredible results!
It consists of a system of high-intensity, short-term training that dramatically accelerates metabolism and helps you lose fat on a consistent basis, as well as tone muscle mass.
As far as nutrition is concerned, I am totally against diets that are too strict, because when there is deprivation, the desire to eat is even greater. The word diet will only fuel even more vicious cycles and a bad relationship with food due to the ban on eating some of them.
If you have difficulty losing weight, have no stamina, no motivation, I want to give you the opportunity to make a very positive change in your life, with just a few minutes a day and without radical changes in your eating habits.
