It is classified as a Monument of Public Interest and it can be observed a balanced set of plans with stonework of good execution and design, combined with the colors of the tile, especially that of the friezes in rhythmic floral effect of fine taste, and of metalwork. simple but well developed in linear and flower theme that runs in the railing. The entrance and the oval door on the ground floor are also decorated in Art Nouveau style, as well as the land around the house, protected by a wall, also in Art Nouveau stonework and railings, giving the project a great unity.
